"Around The World" Animated Solution

We were given a hypothetical problem in a problem solving class involving how to get a plane with limited fuel capacity 'around the world' non-stop supposing that it could work with 2 other planes allowed to ferry and transfer fuel mid-air en route.

Our team came up with a solution, but since the problem involves multiple events happening concurrently, we found it difficult to present our solution verbally. I wrote this little script using the canvas element and a free JavaScript charting library (Highcharts) to demonstrate visually and with animations exactly how our solution worked.
